Join the Conversation…
Monday 29th April @ 12.20pm with guest Gail Adcock, author of The Essential Guide to Family Ministry
One of the things that has been such a blessing this year is the ability to connect with many across considerable geographical distances for times of conversation, reflection and sharing. Despite physical distancing and months in lockdown with imposed restrictions, we have been able to meet others online for informal gatherings, conferences, meetings, webinars and series of events.
CEAS has been committed to the idea that social spaces offer conducive environments where conversation can naturally take place to include reflection and sharing about Ministry practices and underpinning ethos. Jesus often used table fellowship to enable conversation and it’s in that place of welcome and hospitality that we can invite one another to spend time together as we discuss the things that matter in our work.
This month, we look forward to welcoming Gail Adcock as our guest for a lunchtime conversation. Gail is Family Ministry Development Officer with the Methodist Church in Great Britain. Gail’s role involves equipping and resourcing those working with families across the UK. She has a primary education background, was family pastor at Stopsley Baptist Church for ten years and completed an MA in Children and Family Ministry in 2013. She is the author of The Essential Guide to Family Ministry
